Alopecia psychogenic of the cat

Psychogenic alopecies are caused by boredom and stress. The cat licks a place insistently and ends up breaking the hair at the root. Alopecia is considered to be truly psychogenic only when all other dermatitis have been completely excluded, with the psychogenic form remaining scarce compared to the incidence of other skin pathologies.
